ICV Certification
ICV certification is an accredited process for assessing and verifying a supplier’s or contractor’s In-Country Value (ICV) score by an independent, pre-approved certifier.
Omer Al-Marwani Auditing & Accounting has been appointed as a certified ICV verifier for the ICV Program Implementation, supporting supply chain localization in Qatar’s energy sector. This initiative is led by QatarEnergy with the participation of all major stakeholders and companies operating within the sector.
The program is founded on three main pillars: creating new investment opportunities, developing and empowering local suppliers, and implementing the new In-Country Value (ICV) policy. These efforts are strategically designed to strengthen Qatar’s national economy and promote sustainable business growth across the country.
